Eight service lines

We work out together which service you actually need

Most people come to us saying "I want to study abroad". Which programme, in which country, over what period — that becomes clear in the first conversation. The eight lines below are the different paths that conversation tends to lead to.

Goal first, programme second

Choosing a programme is not picking from a catalogue. How much time do you have, what is your budget, where is your language level, and where will you use this experience afterwards? Talking about schools before those are settled is premature. The intro call is free and commits you to nothing.

One service may not be enough

These lines are not independent of each other. A student on the university preparation path usually attends a language school first, and a visa file follows. We plan which line is needed in which order, with a calendar — and you stay with the same adviser throughout.

How we work

Whichever service you choose, the process runs on the same skeleton

These five steps are common to every service. What happens inside each step changes with the service; the order and the logic do not.

  1. Intro call

We talk through your goal, your timeline and your budget. This call is free and commits you to nothing. The output: which service line is the right one.

  2. Shortlist

Suitable programmes and countries are narrowed to a short list. You are told why each option is on it — and why some are not.

  3. Preparing the file

A document list is drawn up, with where each document comes from and how long it takes written into the calendar. Gaps and inconsistencies are resolved before submission.

  4. Application and follow-up

The application goes in and every response from the institution reaches you. If a visa is required, the appointment calendar is built around it.

  5. Departure

Accommodation, transfer and the arrival checklist are completed. Contact does not stop once you land — you have an adviser to reach if something goes wrong.

How we operate

What we pay attention to

These are not marketing promises but consequences of how we work. Setting expectations correctly beats disappointment later.

  • We do not offer guarantees

Admission is the school’s decision and a visa is the consulate’s. No consultancy can guarantee either — do not trust anyone who says otherwise. Our job is to get every controllable factor right.

  • We state what is not included

Every service page carries a "not included" list — tuition, visa fees, insurance, translation and the like — so you do not build your budget on incomplete information.

  • One adviser

You work with the same person throughout. You never have to explain your case from scratch; the person answering knows your file.

  • Institution verification

We check the accreditation of the institutions we suggest and whether the qualification is recognised. For online programmes this step is never skipped.

  • It varies by country

Visa conditions, work rights and durations differ from country to country. Instead of blanket statements we give you current information for your target country.

  • Realistic calendars

In peak periods appointments and places fill up weeks in advance. We plan backwards from the reality of appointment availability, not from wishful thinking.

Frequently asked

Before you pick a service

Service-specific questions live in each page’s own FAQ. These are the ones common to all of them.

How much does the consultancy cost?

It depends on the service, the country and the scope of the process, which is why we do not publish a single figure. Once your needs are clear after the intro call, we send you a quote showing item by item what is included and what is not. The intro call is free.

I don’t know which service I need — can I still come in?

Yes, and most conversations start exactly that way. We work out together which of the eight lines fits you; sometimes it turns out several are needed in sequence. Coming in before you decide is better, because starting on the wrong programme gets expensive.

My language level is low — can I not apply?

You can. In many countries attending a language school first and then moving into an academic programme is a common route, and the university preparation line exists for precisely that. We measure your current level and map out how many months the goal is away.

Can you guarantee I will get a visa?

No, and nobody can. A visa decision rests entirely with the relevant consulate. What we can do is prepare your file completely and consistently, rehearse the interview, and get every controllable factor right. Be wary of any agency that promises a guarantee.

Do I pay the tuition to you?

No. Tuition, visa fees, insurance and similar items are paid directly to the relevant institution; we do not act as an intermediary. Each service page lists these openly under "not included".

How long does the process take?

It varies a great deal by service: a short summer programme can be arranged within a few weeks, while a bachelor’s or master’s application is planned a year ahead. A visa appointment can also take weeks depending on the country. We set out a realistic calendar in the intro call.

Is the process different for students under 18?

Yes, noticeably so. Parental consent, guardianship arrangements, escorted transfers and the school’s age policy all come into play. Our high school and summer school lines are built around these requirements, and communication with parents is part of the process.

Do you support students after departure?

Yes. The arrival checklist, accommodation and settling in during the first week are part of the process. You have an adviser to reach throughout the programme, and if an issue comes up with the school we step in.
