An English-speaking island nation known for its nature and relaxed city life.
New Zealand is a Pacific nation made up of two main islands and many smaller ones. Volcanic peaks, fiords, lakes and long coastlines define its natural beauty. English is the language of daily life, while Māori is also an official language, and Māori culture leaves a clear mark on the national identity, from everyday greetings to place names.
For study, New Zealand is known for General English, exam preparation, Business English and professional programmes, with English teacher training also among the options. Programmes are based in Auckland, the country's largest city. Set between two harbours, Auckland combines city life with a relaxed pace through its multicultural neighbourhoods, café culture and easy access to nature.
Reaching New Zealand from Türkiye involves a long journey with connections. For many students, that distance becomes a chance to turn a programme into a wider experience abroad: we recommend setting aside time between terms to travel to other regions, explore nature routes and get to know this faraway country properly.

Business English, professional courses and teacher training programmes suit adults who want to develop their language skills alongside their professional goals.
Temperate oceanic climate: Auckland has warm, humid summers and mild, rainy winters, and the weather can change quickly within a day. Being in the southern hemisphere, its seasons are the reverse of Türkiye.
In Auckland, buses, trains and ferries connect the city's different areas. The lifestyle is relaxed and friendly; coastal walks, weekend markets, cafés and trips into nature play a big part in students' social lives.
